Outlaws Lose Three

It is hard enough for a first year organization to get recognition, any recognition; but someone took notice. A few games into the first season, the Orlando Outlaws roster was raided of three players. Offensive Tackle Clifton Nichols, Quarterback / Wide Receiver Clifton Martin and Receiver Pierre Fenn have all signed contracts to play Arena Football for the Texas Tidalwave of Galveston. “It is a bitter sweet day for our franchise,” said Chief Operating Officer Dan Plouff, “we set out to give all young men the opportunity to move on or up, but we were not expecting it to happen this fast.”

The Outlaws can expect to lose a few more players, some during the season, but most after the final game has been played. With the early success, the Outlaws front office has been working diligently to accommodate their remaining player’s desires to get to the next level. Pro scouts have expressed interest in several players on the current Outlaws roster, and have attended several home games at University High School.

From the entire front office and all current players, the Orlando Outlaws would like to congratulate Clifton Nichols, Clifton Martin and Pierre Fenn and wish them the best of luck in their professional careers.
