Orlando
Outlaws Football Inc. are a minor league football
team based in the greater Orlando area. Established
in 2007 by Luke DesForge and Dan Plouff, the Outlaws
are a member of the Florida Football Alliance, a coalition
of the top minor league football teams across the
state. Luke has ten years of coaching experience and
brings instant stability to the coaching staff. With
his knowledge and dedication to coaching, Luke has
assembled a coaching staff with many years of experience,
from both the high school and professional ranks.
Daniel has been involved with minor league football
for the last five years, in both the New England Football
League and Football Leagues in Florida. As a player
and Chief Operating Officer of the Hampton Hurricanes,
Daniel was instrumental in securing the Hurricanes
current venue and forging lasting ties to the local
community. During this time the Hurricanes were able
to win their first championship. Daniel brings the
mindset and framework needed to drive the Outlaws
towards becoming a championship organization.
The Outlaws are dedicated to becoming a positive
force in the local community by offering young men
the opportunity, to continue to develop their football
skills and potentially advance to a collegiate or
professional program. The Outlaws coaches and staff
will help young adults connect with college programs
opening avenues that many thought would not be available
to them. For players coming out of college, we can
give these young men the necessary exposure to garner
a possible professional career.
